FORESPAR 6″ Marelon Chock has a perpendicular opening.These are fixtures that hold a line almost like a fairlead rather than as a tie point. Install the chock near a cleat and keep the line in position so it does not move laterally and chafe or abrade. Molded from lightweight, high-strength glass-reinforced Marelon composite, these chocks are not only sturdy, but highly resistant to corrosion, UV degradation and abrasion
